Transportation

• Travel to/from LAX: Please use Uber/Lyft and carpool with others if possible
• Graduate Student travel from Hotel Angeleno to Faculty Center- The Hotel Angeleno is providing Uber service in the AM between the Hotel and Faculty Center. Arrange with the front desk and plan to ride 3-4 per car. They will pick up in the evening from UCLA back to the hotel.
• Faculty: It’s a short walk between the UCLA Guest House and the Faculty Center where meetings will take placea

Meeting Locations:

Meetings will be held in the Faculty Center. See Indico for specific meeting locations.

• The Hacienda Room (meeting room for faculty on June 1^st): turn left after entering the lobby and the room is at the end of the hall.
• The Morrison Room (meeting room for students on June 1^st):   turn left after entering the lobby and the room is at the end of the hall on the left. 
• Morrison Room (meeting room for June 2^nd and June 3^rd):  turn left after entering the lobby and the room is the second room on the right. 
• The California Terrace (lunch on June 2^nd and poster session on June 3^rd):  access the patio through the Morrison Room. 

A note on breakfast. A continental breakfast will be served in each room on June 1. Students and postdocs, please grab breakfast from the Hacienda Room. Faculty, please grab breakfast from the Hacienda Room on June 1.

Wi-fi Network:

The network in the Faculty Center is not password protected.
